Yes. Aurora is a serious roleplay server requiring an application. We believe this ensures the highest quality of interaction and narrative depth for all citizens.
Do I need to pay to play?
No. Playing on Aurora is completely free. We do offer a Supporter Tier for cosmetic benefits, but we are strictly non-pay-to-win.
What voice system do you use?
We utilize a custom integrated Mumble-VoIP system. You do not need to install TeamSpeak or external plugins. Just plug in your mic and play.
